【摘要】 目的探讨精神发育迟滞行为障碍患者的安全问题及护理对策。方法选择收治的100例精神发育迟滞伴行为障碍患者给予探讨,平均分组,参考组选择护理干预,实验组选择安全护理干预,对比两组的临床成效。结果经过分析,实验组远远强于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),具有临床对比价值。结论对于精神发育迟滞伴行为障碍患者采取安全护理干预,能够增强护理服务水平,改善护理满意度,减少护患纠纷事件,确保患者的生命安全以及医务人员的生命安全,具有良好的临床成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the safety problems and nursing countermeasures of patients with mental retardation and behavior disorders. Methods 100 patients with mental retardation accompanied by behavioral disorders were selected to discuss, the average group, the reference group to choose nursing intervention, the experimental group to choose safety nursing intervention, compared the clinical effect of the two groups. Results After the analysis, the experimental group was far stronger than the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), with clinical value. Conclusion For the aggressive behavior of mental retardation patients take safety nursing intervention, can enhance the level of nursing service, improve nursing satisfaction, reduce nurse patient disputes, ensure the life safety of patients and medical staff’s life safety, has good clinical effect.更多还原
