【摘要】 目的探讨中医药结合中医针灸物理疗法治疗脑中风偏瘫患者的临床效果。方法选取我院近2年收治的120例脑中风偏瘫患者,根据不同的治疗方法,将其平均分为两组,即中医组和西医组,每组患者60例,中医组患者予以中医药结合中医针灸物理疗法,西医组患者予以常规西医治疗,对比临床效果。结果两组患者经过不同的治疗方式,中医组取得了明显优势,其治疗有效率明显高于西医组,经过卡方检验,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中医药结合中医针灸物理疗法治疗脑中风偏瘫,可促使患者机体功能康复,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床上进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for cerebral stroke hemiple gia.Methods 120 patients with cerebral stroke hemiple gia admitted in our hospital for the past 2 years were divided into two groups accordin g to different treatment methods:the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,60 patients in each group were treated with Chinese medicine Combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture physical therapy,Western medicine patients to conventional Western medicine treatment,compared with clinical results.Results The two groups of patients had different treatment methods,the Chinese medicine group made a si gnificant advanta ge,the treatment efficiency was si gnificantly hi gher than the Western medicine group,after the chi-square test,a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for cerebral stroke hemiple gia can promote the rehabilitation of patients with functional and improve the quality of life of patients,it is worth further clinical application.更多还原
