【摘要】 目的分析双球囊配合导乐在晚期妊娠引产中的应用价值。方法收集我院收治的晚期高危妊娠妇女,数量50例。应用随机方法将其分为对照组和观察组,数量均为25例。对照组使用常规方法引产。观察组使用双球囊配合导乐的方法进行引产。分析两组的引产效果以及安全性。结果观察组引产成功率明显高于对照组,观察组娩出时间、住院时间和并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,所有差异经比较后显示差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论在晚期妊娠引产过程中,通过使用双球囊配合导乐的手段可明显提升其成功几率,有着较高的临床使用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application value of double balloon with Doula pregnancy induced labor in the late. Methods 50 cases of advanced high-risk pregnancy were collected in our hospital. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random method, and the number was 25 cases. The control group was induced by routine method. The observation group used double balloon method with Doula labor. The effect of labor induction and safety of the two groups were analyzed. Results The success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the observation group delivery time, hospitalization time and complication rates were significantly lower than the control group, all the differences by comparison showed differences were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In late pregnancy induction process, through the use of double balloon with Doula method can significantly enhance the chances of success, with a high clinical value.更多还原
