多工位卧式组合机床的控制系统设计
Design of Control System of Multi-station Horizontal Modular Machine Tool
【摘要】 为解决加压过滤机中滤液管加工效率低、加工设备可靠性差等问题,根据组合机床的结构特点及滤液管加工要求,对组合机床动力头和液压滑台的控制方案进行了重新设计,研发了一种全新卧式专用组合机床电气控制系统。该控制系统可以实现一次加工便完成整个工件的加工流程,保证了加工工件的中心一致性。合理安排各动力头的动作过程及时间,一个加工循环中可节约40s,提高了加工效率并保证了工件质量。为以后卧式组合机床的控制系统优化设计提供了宝贵经验。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of lowprocessing efficiency and poor reliability of filtrate pipe of pressure filter machine,it was redesigned that the combined machine power head and control scheme of hydraulic slipway and developed a electric control system for a newtype of special combination of machine according to the structural characteristics of the combined machine tool and the processing requirements of filtrate pipe. The control system can complete the whole process of the workpiece in a machining,which ensures the consistency of the center of the workpiece,The operation process and the time of each power head are arranged reasonably to make it can save 40 s in a machining cycle. so it improved the processing efficiency,which provides valuable experience for the design of control system of modular machine tool.
