【摘要】 目的了解护理专业学生的社区就业意向。方法采用自设问卷对1 062名护理专业学生进行调查。结果1 062名护理专业学生中,愿意去社区就业的有714名(67.2%),女生、中专生、第一志愿是护理专业的、就读护理专业的最主要原因是喜欢的、入校和现在喜欢护理专业的、了解社区护理的、认为社区护理发展前景好的学生愿意去社区就业的比例高于其他人(P<0.05)。结论不同性别、学历、对护理专业的情感及对社区护理发展预期的护理专业学生的社区就业意向有一定差异,应根据国家需求和专业特点,从招生方式、课程设置、专业认同感培养几方面入手,提高学生对社区护理的认知和从业意愿。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand employment intentions of working in the community setting among nursing students. Methods The investigation was conducted among 1062 nursing students by using the self-developed questionnaire. Results Among the 1062 nursing students,714(67.2%) students were willing to work in community settings. Those students who were girls,secondary vocational school students,with nursing as their first chosen specialty,fond of nursing,knowing about community,and believing community has the bright future were more likely to work in the community setting(P<0.05). Conclusion Gender,educational level,emotion to nursing major and perspectives towards nursing future can influence the employment intentions of working in the community setting.Therefore,based on country needs and characteristics of specialty,students’ knowledge and employment intention towards community should be increased through considering students recruitment methods,curriculum setting and cultivation of professional identity.更多还原
