【摘要】 目的探讨构建一套科学、全面及操作性强的医院临床护理教学质量评价指标体系。方法采用三维质量结构模型,通过文献检索、德尔菲法及层次分析法对指标条目进行筛选,确定指标的权重,并对专家进行两轮咨询。结果两轮专家咨询问卷的回收率分别为90.0%(27/30)、96.3%(26/37),专家的权威系数为0.906,3项一级指标的权重分别为0.32、0.48、0.21,确定了包含3项一级指标(结构质量、环节质量、终末质量)、20项二级指标和65项三级指标的医院临床护理教学质量评价指标体系。结论构建的医院临床护理教学质量评价指标体系体现了临床护理教学质量的内涵,为临床护理教学专业发展指明方向,为医院临床护理教学质量的全程监控提供了客观量化的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To bulid up a scientific,objective and operable clinical quality evaluation index system by using 3D structure model.Methods By using the 3D structure model for quality evaluation,we screened the items through literature review,Delphi method,and analytical hierarchy process(AHP).Meanwhile the weight of each item was identified.Two round consultations with experts were also conducted.Results The quality evaluation index system for clinical teaching of nurses we determined contained 3 first grade indices(structure quality,middle-process quality,ending quality),20 second grade indices and 65 third grade indices.Each index got its own weight.Conclusion The developed quality evaluation index system for clinical teaching for nurses can provide direction for clinical teaching in nursing.It can be the basis for monitoring the whole process of teaching quality in hospitals.更多还原
