【摘要】 目的探讨电刺激治疗产后腹直肌分离的临床效果。方法选择2013年1月至2015年1月,于秦皇岛市妇幼保健院产后门诊复查的23例腹直肌分离距离大于2.0cm的产后42d妇女为研究对象。采用PHENIX USB 8神经肌肉电刺激治疗仪对23例患者进行电刺激治疗,20min/次,2次/周,共计治疗6次。采用腹部触诊法,检查患者治疗前、后腹直肌分离距离,并进行统计学分析。结果 (1)本研究23例患者经电刺激治疗后,腰部、背部疼痛症状均得到缓解。电刺激治疗过程中及治疗后,患者均无不适,均未发生相应并发症。(2)本研究23例患者经电刺激治疗后,22例患者腹直肌分离距离<2.0cm,1例腹直肌分离距离为3.0cm,但该患者治疗后腹直肌分离距离较治疗前缩小2.5cm。这23例患者治疗后腹直肌分离距离为(1.6±0.5)cm,较治疗前的(3.9±0.7)cm显著缩小,二者比较,差异有统计学意义(t=12.80,P<0.001)。结论电刺激治疗产后腹直肌分离效果良好、安全,无不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of electrical stimulation treatment of postpartum diastasis recti abdominis.Methods A total of 23 cases of 42 dpostpartum women from January 2013 to January 2015 in Maternity & Child Care Center of Qinhuangdao,whose separations of diastasis recti abdominis were greater than 2.0cm were selected as research subjects.All the 23 cases patients were given 6times of electrical stimulation treatment by PHENIX USB 8neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy device,each treatment time need 20 min and 2times a week.The separation of diastasis recti abdominis were measured by abdominal palpation method before and after treatment.And the separation of diastasis recti abdominis before and after treatment were analyzed statistically.Results(1)After the electrical stimulation treatment,lumbar and back pain of all the 23 cases of patients were released.During the course of treatment and after treatment,none of them felt uncomfortable,and no corresponding complications occurred among them.(2) After the electrical stimulation treatment,the separations of diastasis recti abdominis of 22 cases of patients were less than 2.0cm,and the separation of 1case was more than 3.0cm whose separation was 2.5cm shorter than before treatment.After treatment,the separation of diastasis recti abdominis was(3.9±0.7)cm,which was significantly shorter than(1.6±0.5)cm before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.80,P<0.001).Conclusions Electrical stimulation is effective,safe and has no side effects in the treatment of diastasis recti abdominis.更多还原
