【摘要】 目的探讨耳蜱虫诊治与预防。方法采用回顾性研究的方法,对我院耳鼻咽喉科门诊就诊的31例外耳蜱虫临床资料并结合文献进行分析。结果本组并发耳部瘙痒、剧痛20例,耳后、下颌角淋巴结肿大7例,水肿性红斑13例,贫血5例。取出蜱虫及予相应对症处理,随访1个月临床治愈。结论本病应着重询问病史、特征性的临床症状及电耳镜检查可以明确诊断,及时正确的治疗,以防止严重并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of ear ticks.Methods Clinical data of 31 cases of ear tick infestations were retrospectively analyzed with review of the literature.Results Ear itching and pain were reported in 20 cases,post-auricular or sub-mandibular lymphadenopathy in 7 cases,edematous erythema in 13 cases,and anemia in 5 cases.Ticks removal and other appropriate treatments were provided.Patients were rated as clinically cured at 1month followed up.Conclusions In ear ticks infestation,clinicians should focus on clinical history and symptom presentations,as well as otoscopy findings,for timely and correct diagnosis and treatment,and to prevent occurrence of serious complications.更多还原
