3D打印技术在脑血管疾病临床教学中的应用

【摘要】 目的:探讨3D打印技术在脑血管疾病临床教学中的应用效果.方法:本研究运用3D打印技术制作三维立体脑血管疾病模型,应用到神经外科医师的临床教学中.结果:通过3D打印技术制作的脑血管三维立体模型有助于神经外科医师在相对较短时间内理解复杂脑血管疾病的解剖特点,并且借助该模型,年轻的神经外科医师可以在相对安全可控的操作环境中,全方位观摩学习复杂颅内动脉瘤等脑血管疾病的解剖模型,从而对颅脑手术方案及相关手术技巧有所理解,对精准手术起到一定的辅助作用.结论:3D打印技术有助于提高神经外科医师对复杂脑血管疾病的理解和认识,在神经外科脑血管疾病的临床教学中具有良好的应用前景.

【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate the effect of 3D printing technology in clinical teaching of cerebrovascular diseases. METHOD: The 3D printing technology was used to produce three-dimensional model of cerebrovascular diseases,which is applied to the clinical teaching of neurosurgeon. RESULTS: Three-dimensional cerebrovascular model of 3D printing can help neurosurgeons understand and master the complex anatomy characteristics of cerebrovascular diseases in a short time. A young neurosurgeon can learn complex intracranial aneurysms and other cerebrovascular disease in a relatively safe and controlled operating environment by means of this model in order to understand the precise surgical skills and play a certain supporting role in precision operation. CONCLUSION: The 3D printing technology can help neurosurgeon improve the understanding and awareness of complex cerebrovascular disease,which has a good prospect in clinical teaching neurosurgery of cerebrovascular disease.
