The secondary metabolites of endophytic fungus Cerrena sp. A593 from Pogostemon cablin and their cytotoxic activities were investigated. Eight sesquiterpenoids were isolated from the fermentation broth of the strain A593 by silica gel,reverse phase silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,HPLC and so on.
