大幅面高亮度LED导光板灯箱的设计

【摘要】 设计了一款大幅面高亮度LED导光板灯箱。在超薄亚克力导光板侧面设计全反射光契,将侧入式LED发出的光导入亚克力板中,增加了灯箱的亮度;将光通量分布模型引入光线在导光板传输的过程中,得到光均匀度较高的不均匀网点分布规律。然后,采用LightTools软件仿真优化,最后根据优化结果加工出导光板样品,并测量其光学参数。结果表明:新设计的灯箱在面积、亮度和均匀度方面远远优于已有的导光板,对于所设计的2 m×1.5 m LED导光板,灯箱表面平均亮度可达400 cd/m~2,均匀度82.5%。该研究对展览展示和广告设计等具有重要的意义。

【Abstract】 A large-size high-brightness LED slim light box was designed. A optical wedge was designed to introduce the light from the LEDs on the side of acrylic plate to increase the brightness of light box based on total reflection,a non-uniform dot-pattern was derived from light flux distribution in light box. The Light Tools software was used to debug and optimization theoretically. At last,the LED light box was made and their optic parameters were measured. It was showed that the new design was better than the existed in size,luminance and uniformity. For the designed light box with the size of 2 m × 1. 5 m. the mean luminance reached 400 cd/m~2,with the uniformity of 82. 5%. This research was important to the design of light guide plate in exhibition and advertisement.
