基于FPGA的无极灯表面亮度均匀性测评装置的设计
The Measuring Device Design for the Surface Brightness Uniformity of Electrodeless Lamp Based on FPGA
【摘要】 现如今能源问题越来越严峻,高效并且长寿命的无极灯逐渐被人们所重视。无极灯泡体的涂粉均匀性决定着无极灯发光亮度的均匀性,然而却没有1种针对性的仪器可以对无极灯泡体涂粉均匀性进行评估。借助光纤作为光传感器接收泡体表面所发出的光,通过信号处理和放大模块转换为电压信号,经过以FPGA为核心的微处理单元对电信号进行采集、处理和显示,得到无极灯泡体表面的亮度值,以便对无极灯泡体的涂粉均匀性进行评估。实验结果表明,本文所设计的装置能够准确测量和显示泡体相应的亮度值并有效评估泡体的涂粉均匀性,有比较高的实际应用价值。
【Abstract】 The energy problem becomes more and more serious nowadays, and the high efficiency and long life electrodeless lamp draws great attention to people gradually. The electrodeless lamp body powder coating uniformity determines the luminous brightness uniformity of this lamp, but there is no specific instrument to assess eletrodeless lamp body power coating uniformity. In this paper, optical fiber is used as light sensor and receive light from the bubble surface, after signal processing and amplification module, the signals are converted into voltage signal, and are collected, processed and displayed through the micro processing unit of which the core is FPGA, then the brightness values of the light from the electrodeless lamp body surface are obtained and the electrodeless lamp body powder coating uniformity can be evaluated. The experimental results show that the device designed in this paper are able to measure and display body corresponding brightness value accurately and has great practical application value.
