【摘要】 目的探讨层粘连蛋白(laminin,LN)在宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)及宫颈癌诊断中的作用及相关性。方法选取2014年5月至2016年5月间河北省廊坊市人民医院收治的120例宫颈病变患者为研究对象,选取同期体检的30例健康女性为对照组。采用磁微粒化学发光法检测入组受试者血清层粘连蛋白浓度,分析层粘连蛋白表达与宫颈上皮瘤样病变及宫颈癌之间的关系。结果 CINⅢ级患者血清层粘连蛋白浓度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ期浸润性宫颈癌患者层粘连蛋白浓度均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。高、中及低分化组患者血清层粘连蛋白浓度均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。从高分化到低分化,患者血清层粘连蛋白的浓度依次升高,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论层粘连蛋白在宫颈上皮瘤样病变及宫颈癌患者中呈特异性的高表达,尤其在不同分化程度的宫颈癌中,表达差异明显,值得在临床上推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore laminin( LN) in the diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia( CIN) and the correlation. Methods A total of 120 patients with cervical lesions were selected at Langfang People’s Hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 as the research subjects and healthy women who had physical examination at the corresponding period were selected as the control group. Magnetism particulate immunochemistry luminescence method was used to detect the serum laminin concentration and relationship between the expression of laminin and CIN and cervical cancer was analyzed. Results Serum laminin concentration was significantly higher in patients with grade Ⅲ CIN than the control group( P < 0. 05). Serum laminin concentration was significantly higher in patients with gradeⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ invasive cervical cancer than the control group( all P < 0. 05). Serum laminin concentration was significantly higher in patients with high,moderate and low differentiation groups( all P < 0. 05). The concentration of serum laminin increased successively in patients with differentiation from high to low( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Expression of laminin has high specificity in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer. Especially in patients with different degree of differentiation in cervical cancer,the differences in expression was obvious,which is worthy of popularization.更多还原
