【摘要】 目的探讨护理干预对奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗结肠癌患者不良反应的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2016年1月间大连大学附属中山医院收治的90例结肠癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(护理干预)和对照组(常规护理),每组45例,两组患者均给予奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨化疗。比较两组患者护理后的临床疗效与化疗期间不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为64.4%,明显高于对照组患者的42.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者化疗期间胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制、神经毒性、静脉炎及手足综合征等不良反应发生率与对照组相比,均较低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗结肠癌期间,护理干预不仅能够提高治疗的临床效果,还能降低化疗期间不良反应,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on adverse reaction in patients with colon cancer on oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine chemotherapy. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016,90 patients with colon cancer were selected at Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University and randomized into an observation group( nursing intervention) and a control group( routine nursing) according to the random number method with 45 patients in each group. All the patients were treated with chemotherapy of oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions during the treatment period were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group( 42. 2%),the efficacy rate was significantly increased in the observation group( 64. 4%)( P <0. 05). Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal reaction,bone marrow inhibition,neurotoxicity,phlebitis and hand and foot syndrome during the chemotherapy period were obviously reduced in the observation group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion During the period of combination chemotherapy of oxaliplatin and capecitabine,nursing intervention can increase the clinical efficacy of treatment,reduce the adverse reactions and improve quality of life.更多还原
