【摘要】 目的探讨营养支持疗法结合护理在肿瘤重症患者中的应用价值。方法选取2014年5月至2016年5月间北京世纪坛医院收治的80例肿瘤重症患者,采用随机数字表法分为营养支持疗法结合护理组(联合干预组)40例和单独护理组40例,对两组患者的微型营养评估(MNA)评分、体质量指数(BMI)、性激素结合球蛋白(HBG)与白蛋白(ALB)水平、营养状况及不良反应发生情况进行统计分析。结果联合干预组患者的MNA评分、BMI、HBG和ALB水平分别为(17.1±1.9)分、(31.4±18.0)kg/m2、(168.3±13.3)g/L和(44.2±3.9)g/L,均显著高于单独护理组的(13.2±2.9)分、(17.4±13.3)kg/m2、(109.9±14.8)g/L和(35.2±3.9)g/L,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。联合干预组营养良好率80.0%(32/40)、营养不良率17.5%(7/40)、营养低下率2.5%(1/40)和不良反应发生率15.0%(6/40),均显著优于单独护理组的40.0%(16/40)、42.5%(17/40)、17.5%(7/40)和27.5%(11/40),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论营养支持疗法结合护理较单独护理在肿瘤重症患者中具有更高的应用价值,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the significance of nutrition support therapy combined with nursing in critically ill patients with cancer. Methods Eighty patients with severe cancer treated at Beijing Shijitan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected and were randomly divided into nutritional support therapy combined with nursing group( combined intervention group) and individual nursing group( single intervention group) with 40 patients in each group. Mini nutritional assessment( MNA) score,body mass index( BMI),hormone binding globulin( HBG),albumin( ALB) levels,nutrition status and incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed in the two groups.
