【摘要】 目的:了解住院医师对自身角色的认知情况,为进一步提升住院医师规范化培训的质量、促进住院医师成长发展提供参考。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷对北京市13所三级医院的住院医师进行调查。数据分析采用卡方检验、多元线性回归等方法进行统计学分析。结果:住院医师角色认知自我评价平均得分为2.48±0.76,其中单位委派培训人员和自主培训人员对角色认知表示"清楚"和"非常清楚"的比例高于临床医学专业硕士研究生的比例。住院医师的角色认知情况对其在工作中的归属感、获得感、耐心、工作热情和服务意识都产生了影响,影响因素主要包括在科室文化建设、科室日常工作等方面的参与度。结论:住院医师对自身角色的认知情况对其工作状态产生了影响,需要住院医师明确角色定位,提升在工作中的归属感和存在感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To understand the situation of residents’ role cognition and to provide references for further improving the quality of standardized training and help resident’s career development. Methods: A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the residents in 13 tertiary hospitals in Beijing. The data were analyzed by chi-square test and multiple linear regression analysis. Results: The average score of cognitive evaluation of residents was 2.48±0.76, and the proportion of "clear" and "very clear" about the role of trainers and independent training staff is higher than that of clinical medical postgraduates. The role cognition of the residents has an influence on the sense of belonging, sense of gain, patience, enthusiasm and sense of service in the job. The influencing factors mainly include the participation of the cultural construction and the daily work of the department. Conclusion: The role cognition of residents has an influence on their work status. Residency needs to define roles and promote the sense of belonging and presence in the work.更多还原
