【摘要】 国家和上海地方政策都要求公立医院全面开展便民惠民服务。近年来,随着支付宝、微信等第三方支付功能的推出,无现金支付越来越普及,上海市第一人民医院为此展开了多方面的探索和实践,形成了多种不同模式的非现金支付方式。通过剖析非现金支付对医院传统收费模式所带来的影响,全面介绍了上海市第一人民医院非现金支付的应用、关注的问题、展望及现阶段所面临的瓶颈。通过实践与推广,继续优化医疗服务流程,提高非现金交易支付率,提升患者的就医体验。更多还原

【Abstract】 The national and Shanghai local policy requires public hospitals to carry out a comprehensive convenient service to patients. In recent years, the third party payment with mobile payments, such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, and other innovative payment function is introduced, so that non-cash transactions are becoming more and more popular. Shanghai General Hospital has carried out many aspects of exploration and practice, and has formed a variety of different modes of non-cash payment. This paper analyzed the influence of non-cash transaction on hospital traditional charging mode, and introduced the application, the problems and expectation of non-cash transaction, and the bottleneck at present. Through practice and promotion, hospitals optimize the medical service process persistently, improve the non-cash transaction payment rate, and improve the patients’ medical experience.更多还原
