【摘要】 当前医院党政融合研究多关注医院党务与中心工作相结合的做法,极少提及医院机关党政结合的模式。机关党建是医院党建的重要组成部分,对医院的效能建设有重要影响。广东省人民医院从机关性质出发,从体制、制度、内容、形式上进行创新探索,最终形成一套有别于临床科室的党政融合模式和做法,获得了实效和认可。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to literature study, the integration of the party construction and hospital management is more common in the practice of combination of the party work and clinical work, while it is rare research on the mode of the party work combining with hospital administration promotion. The party work in the administration departments is an important part of hospital party construction, which plays a critical role in hospital efficacy construction. This paper puts forward a new mode of integrating the party construction and administration development based on the features of management departments by innovating the structure, mechanism, content and manifestation, which is dif erent from that in clinical departments.
