【Abstract】 With the rapid development of aging, it is urgent to explore aged care mode in China. By the support of information technology, internet of things technology and combined with community network management mode, Jiangbin hospital built an integrated intelligent home care system which has integrated home, community, medical institute, urgent aid and the government.
