【Abstract】 Discipline is the foundation for hospital development and inherence management. The Five Development Concepts proposed at the Fifth Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee gives guideline for hospital discipline development. Innovation is the first productivity, coordination is the inherence requirement, green is the necessity condition, opening is the only way and sharing is the essential demand for hospital discipline development.
