循环长链非编码RNA生长停滞特异性转录本5与冠状动脉钙化的相关性研究
Correlation between circulating long non-coding RNA growth arrest-specific transcript 5 and coronary artery calcification
【摘要】 目的 探讨外周血中长链非编码RNA生长停滞特异性转录本5(1ncRNA GAS5)与冠状动脉钙化(CAC)的相关性。方法 选取2016年1—3月于首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院就诊的具有典型心绞痛症状和高度疑似冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者39例,计算所有患者CAC积分。根据CAC积分将患者分为无CAC组(19例,CAC积分为0~100分)和CAC组(20例,CAC积分为101~2 800分)。比较2组患者外周血中lncRNA GAS5含量,并分析CAC和lncRNA GAS5的独立相关因素。结果 CAC组外周血中lncRNA GAS5含量明显高于无CAC组[(0.014 2±0.0111)比(0.007 4±0.007 2)],差异有统计学意义(P=0.030)。多元线性回归分析模型显示lncRNA GAS5(t=1.99,P=0.045)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(t=2.47,P=0.019)、血钾(t=2.86,P=0.007)是CAC的独立相关因素;白细胞介素6(t=-2.516,P=0.017)和脑钠肽(t=2.236,P=0.032)是lncRNA GAS5的独立相关因素。结论 外周血中lncRNA GAS5在CAC患者中表达升高,且可作为预测CAC的指标,其升高可能与炎症指标和心室功能相关。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the correlation between circulating long non-coding RNA growth arrest-specific transcript 5(IncRNA GAS5) and coronary artery calcification(CAC).Methods Totally 39 patients with typical angina pectoris symptom and suspected coronary heart disease coronary artery disease from January to March 2016 in Beijing Anzhen Hospital,Capital Medical University were divided into non-CAC group(19 cases,CAC score ranged from 0 to 100) and CAC group(20 cases,CAC score was from 101 to 2 800).The expression of circulating IncRNA GAS5 was tested and independent factors of IncRNA GAS5 and CAC were analyzed.Results The expression of IncRNA GAS5 was significantly higher in CAC group than that in non-CAC group[(0.014 2 ± 0.011 1) vs(0.007 4 ± 0.007 2)](P = 0.030).Multiveriate linear regression analysis showed that CAC was correlated with IncRNA GAS5(t = 1.99,P = 0.045),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(t = 2.47,P =0.019) and potassium(t=2.86,P = 0.007);IncRNA GAS5 was correlated with interleukin-6(t =-2.516,P =0.017) and brain natriuretic peptide(t =2.236,P = 0.032).Conclusion Patients with CAC have a higher expression level of circulating IncRNA GAS5;CAC score can be an independent factor related to inflammation and ventricle function.
