【摘要】 目的:建立火把花根片中间体的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC法。色谱柱为用Inertsil ODS-4,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脱),流速为0.75 mL/min,检测波长为220 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μL。以雷公藤晋碱为参照,测定10批样品的HPLC图谱,采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》(2004 A版)进行共有峰指认和相似度评价。结果:10批火把花根片中间体的HPLC图谱有25个共有峰,相似度均>0.90。经验证,10批样品HPLC图谱与对照指纹图谱具有较好的一致性。结论:该研究所建指纹图谱可为火把花根片中间体的鉴别和质量评价提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish the HPLC fingerprints for Huobahuagen tablets intermediate. METHODS:HPLC was performed on Inertsil ODS-4 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(gradient elution) at the flow rate of 0.75 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm,and column temperature was 30 ℃. The sample size was 10 μL. Using wilforgine as reference,HPLC chromatograms of 10 batches of samples were determined. Common peak identification and similarity evaluation were performed by using Similarity Evaluation System for TCM Chromatographic Fingerprint(2004 A edition). RESULTS:There were 25 common peaks in HPLC chromatograms of 10 batches of samples,and similarity degrees were higher than 0.9. After validated,HPLC chromatograms of 10 batches of samples were in good agreement with control fingerprints. CONCLUSIONS:The established fingerprint can provide reference for identification and quality evaluation of Huobahuagen tablets intermediate.更多还原
