艾纳香及其伪品假东风草的HPLC指纹图谱研究

【摘要】 目的:建立艾纳香及其伪品假东风草的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC法。色谱柱为Uitimate-C18,流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脱),流速为0.6 m L/min,检测波长为270 nm,柱温为25℃,进样量为7μL。以槲皮素为参照物,对16批艾纳香药材和5批假东风草药材采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》(2004 A版)进行共有峰指认和相似度分析。结果:16批艾纳香药材有61个共有峰,相似度为0.931~0.995,明显高于5批假东风草药材的相似度。结论:该研究所建指纹图谱可为艾纳香的鉴别和质量评价提供参考。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish the HPLC fingerprint for Blumea balsamifera and its fake B. riparia. METHODS:HPLC was performed on the column of Uitimate-C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid(gradient elution)at a flow rate of 0.6 m L/min,detection wavelength was 270 nm,column temperature was 25 ℃,and injection volume was 7 μ L. Using quercetin as a reference,Similarity Evaluation Software for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine(2004 A edition)was used for the common peaks identification and similarity analysis of 16 batches of B. balsamifera and 5 batches of B. riparia. RESULTS:There were 61 common peaks in the 16 batches of B. balsamifera,similarity degree was 0.931-0.995,which was higher than the similarity degree of 5 batches of B. riparia. CONCLUSIONS:The established fingerprint can provide reference for the identification and quality evaluation of B. balsamifera.
