高粱在肉鸡中表观代谢能和氨基酸表观代谢率预测模型的研究

【摘要】 本试验旨在通过肉鸡代谢试验建立高粱常规营养成分与表观代谢能(AME)和氨基酸表观代谢率的回归方程,为生产提供高粱AME和氨基酸表观代谢率估算方法。试验选择单宁含量差异较大的美国高粱和阿根廷高粱,配制成4种不同单宁含量的高粱样品,按不同比例(25%、50%)替代基础饲粮组成代谢饲粮。选用270只21日龄AA+商品雄性肉鸡,随机分为9个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复5只鸡。用全收粪法和回归法测定高粱AME和氨基酸表观代谢率,并采用逐步回归法建立AME和氨基酸表观代谢率与常规营养成分的回归方程。结果表明:4种高粱的AME分别为13.41、12.92、12.60、12.72 MJ/kgDM;异亮氨酸、亮氨酸和苯丙氨酸的表观代谢率均值分别为0.59%、59.77%、49.01%。按逐步回归法建立高粱在21日龄AA+雄性肉鸡的AME和氨基酸表观代谢率的最佳预测方程分别为:AME=9.345+1.536×EE(R~2=0.957,P=0.022);异亮氨酸表观代谢率=127.317-32.600×Ash(R~2=0.948,P=0.026);亮氨酸表观代谢率=-878.663+10.695×DM(R~2=0.995,P=0.002);天门冬氨酸表观代谢率=45.160+6.185×CF(R~2=0.943,P=0.029);酪氨酸表观代谢率=194.381-81.143×Ash(R~2=0.914,P=0.044)。方程计算所得高粱AME和氨基酸表观代谢率的预测值与实测值差异不显著,方程可用。本试验条件下,可通过高粱常规营养成分对高粱的AME和氨基酸表观代谢率进行有效预测。

【Abstract】 The experiment aimed to establish prediction equation to estimate the apparent metabolizc energy(AME) and amino acid metabolic rate of sorghum for broilers. American sorghum and Argentina sorghum with different tannin content were chosen to formulate 4 different gradient tannin content sorghum samples, metabolic diet was formulated by sorghum samples according to the different ratio(25%, 50%) substitution. 270 21-day-old AA+ male broilers were randomly divided into 9 treatments with 6 replicates of 5 birds each. The AME and amino acid metabolic rate were measured by the total collection method, and the stepwise way was used to predict the regression equations. The results show that the AMEof 4 kinds of sorghum were measured respectively: 13.41, 12.92, 12.60, 12.72 MJ/kg DM; the isoleucine, leucine and phenylalanine apparent metabolic rate were measured,70.59%, 59.77%, 49.01% respectively. Through stepwise regression method,the optimal prediction equation of sorghum AME and amino acid apparent metabolic ratein 21-day-old AA+ male broilers were respectively: AME= 9.345 +1.536×EE(R~2=0.957, P=0.022); Apparent metabolic rate of isoleucine = 127.317– 32.600 × Ash(R~2=0.948, P=0.026); Apparent metabolic rate ofleucine =-878.663 + 10.695 × DM(R~2=0.995, P=0.002);Apparent metabolic rate ofaspartic = 45.160 + 6.185 × CF(R~2=0.943,P =0.029); Apparent metabolic rate oftyrosine =194.381-81.143 × Ash(R~2=0.914, P=0.044). The predicted values of sorghum AME and amino acids apparent metabolic rates calculated by these equations were not significantly different from the measured values, and the equation is available.Under the experimental conditions, the AME and amino acids apparent metabolic rate of sorghum can be predicted by the conventional nutrients.
