一种病毒抗体制剂灭活病毒效果与毒理学研究

【摘要】 目的观察一种手足口病病毒抗体制剂对病毒的灭活效果及其毒性。方法采用病毒悬液定量灭活试验和动物试验方法,对一种病毒抗体液体制剂灭活肠道71型病毒的效果及其毒性进行实验室观察。结果该病毒抗体通过病毒接种蛋鸡产蛋卵黄提取制备而成,总效价为1:32。以3种病毒抗体原液作用10 min,对肠道71型病毒和柯萨奇A16型病毒的灭活对数值均为3.50;对柯萨奇A10型病毒灭活对数值为1.25。病毒抗体原液对家兔完整皮肤多次刺激试验结果为无刺激性;对家兔眼黏膜刺激试验结果为无刺激性。结论肠道71型病毒和柯萨奇A16型病毒所产生的抗体对其病毒具有较好的灭活效果,且对皮肤黏膜无刺激性。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe virus inactivation efficacy and toxicity of a foot-and-mouth disease virus antibody spray. Methods Suspension virus inactivation test and toxicity test were used to observe the effect of a antibody preparation to enterovirus 71 in labrotory. Results The antibody was prepared by extracting egg yolk which inoculated virus,and the titer was 1: 32. The average inactivation logarithm value of three virus antibody to enterovirus 71 and Coxsackievirus A16 were all above 3. 50,which to Coxsackievirus A10 was 1. 25. The results of the virus antibody liquid on the intact skin and eye mucosa of rabbits were no irritation. Conclusion The antibodies produced by enterovirus 71 and Coxsackievirus A16 virus have a better inactivation effect on the virus and have no irritation to the skin and mucosa.
