【摘要】 目的观察汽化过氧化氢消毒机对医院妇科门诊手术室消毒效果。方法采用模拟现场消毒试验方法,对某汽化过氧化氢消毒机消毒医院妇科门诊手术室内空气和环境物体表面的效果进行观察。结果该汽化过氧化氢消毒机以浓度为1 800 mg/m~3汽化喷雾作用60 min,对无人条件下的72 m~3妇科门诊密闭手术室和90 m~3走廊内布放的各点嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌芽孢菌片上全部无菌生长;同样条件下,消毒作用后手术室环境物体表面上自然菌采样培养全部达到无菌生长。消毒后自然降解60 min,室内空气中过氧化氢残余量均<0.71 mg/m~3。结论采用汽化过氧化氢消毒机对医院妇科手术室内空气和物体表面可同时达到高级别消毒效果,消毒后无消毒剂残留。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the disinfection efficacy of a hydrogen peroxide disinfection machine on the gynecologic outpatient operation room. Methods Air and surface field disinfection test for the device were used to observe the bactericidal effect by simulated examination in application. Results The spore strip of Bacillus stearothermophilus,placed in the gynecologic outpatient operation room with 72 m3 volumes and passageway sealed with 90 m3 without personnel present,could be completely inactivated with vapor hydrogen peroxide of 1 800 mg/m3 in 60 min. With the same condition,natural bacteria on the surface of the environment in operating room could be completely inactivated after disinfection. The hydrogen peroxide vapor concentration was less than 0. 71 mg/m3 after 1 h by opening hydrogen peroxide vapor degradation device.Conclusion The hydrogen peroxide vapor produced by this system has high level disinfection efficacy for the air and surface in operation room,and no chemical disinfectant is remained.更多还原
