【摘要】 目的观察一种衣物消毒洗衣露的杀菌效果及其毒性,为实际应用提供科学依据。方法采用悬液和载体定量杀菌试验和毒理学试验方法,对该衣物消毒洗衣露杀菌效果和毒性进行实验研究。结果用含苯扎溴铵860 mg/L的衣物消毒洗衣露作用2.5 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值均>5.00;对白色念珠菌杀灭对数值均>4.00。在同样条件下,该衣物消毒洗衣露对载体上大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用2.5 min,对白色念珠菌作用5 min杀灭对数值均>3.00。该衣物消毒洗衣露对小鼠经口急性毒性试验LD50值均>5 000 mg/(kg·bw),对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性,一次接触动物完整皮肤刺激性试验结果为无刺激性。结论该衣物消毒洗衣露对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有良好的杀灭效果,属于实际无毒级物质,对完整皮肤无刺激性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of a new disinfectant laundry detergent,in order to provide scientific basis for real application. Methods Suspension and carrier quantitative germicidal test,animal toxicity test were utilized for studying the germicidal efficacy and toxicity in the laboratory. Results The average killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli exposed to the solution containing 860 mg/L benzalkonium bromide for 2. 5 min were > 5. 00,which of Candida albicans was > 4. 00. The average killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on carriers for 2. 5 min,Candida albicans on carriers for 5 min were all > 3. 00. The mouse acute oral toxicity test of the disinfectant laundry detergent was LD50> 5000 mg/( kg·bw). The mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative. It had no irritation to the rabbit skin. Conclusion The disinfectant laundry detergent has good killing efficacy to bacteria reproduce body and fungus,belongs to actually non-toxic grade and has no irritating action on skin.更多还原
