Objective To evaluate the antifungal and antimicrobial activity of the fruit extracts from Calotropis gigantea in vitro. Methods The fruit was extracted by Soxhlet extraction method with four different solvents,including petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,chloroform and methyl alcohol.
