【摘要】 目的探讨米非司酮对女性药物流产后并发症的预防作用。方法选择我院2015年8月~2016年5月收治的102例药物流产女性为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各51例。对照组药物流产时服用安慰剂,观察组药物流产时服用米非司酮,对两组女性药物流产情况及并发症情况、尿人绒毛促性腺激素(HCG)水平、满意率等进行观察。结果药物流产前、药物流产后3周时,两组HCG水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),药物流产后6周时,观察组HCG水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组药物流产后并发症发生率为7.84%,与对照组的25.49%比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组女性对药物流产满意率为96.08%,明显较对照组的78.43%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮可有效促进药物流产后HCG水平下降,对药物流产后并发症也具有一定预防作用,能减轻女性痛苦,提高其满意度,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the preventive effects of Mifepristone for complications after female drug abortion.Methods 102 cases of female with drug abortion and who accepted treatment in our hospital from August 2015 to May2016 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were grouped by the random number table method,the observation group and the control group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group were received placebo when the drug abortion,while the observation group were treated with Mifepristone at the time of drug abortion.Then,the situation of drug abortion,complications,urinehuman chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)and satisfaction rate of two groups of female were observed.Results There was no significant difference in HCG levels between the two groups before the drug abortion and after the drug abortion for 3 weeks(P>0.05).The level of HCG after the drug abortion for 6 weeks in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications after the operation in the observation group was 7.84%,compared with the control group of 25.49%,which was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of the female in the observation group was 96.08%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 78.43%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Mifepristone can effectively promote the decline of HCG levels after drug abortion,it also has certain preventive effect on the complications after drug abortion,and can also relieve the pain of women and improve their satisfaction,thus it is worthy to be promoted in the clinical.更多还原
