【摘要】 目的观察应用自制病情评估表对我院神经内科患者实施分级护理的效果。方法选择2016年6~12月我院收治的203例患者作为研究对象,依据入科时间先后顺序将患者分为观察组102例及对照组101例。对照组患者由护理人员按照Barthel指数评定表给予评分,医生以该评分为主要依据评定护理等级。观察组在对照组基础上,医生按照自制病情评估表对患者进行神志、年龄、体温、心率、呼吸、血压、血氧饱和度、血糖、潜在并发症的监测,根据评分标准将患者病情分为轻、中、重、危四个级别,据此再结合Barthel指数评定等级下达护理等级医嘱。比较两组患者的护理等级符合率、基础护理合格率及患者满意度调查结果。结果观察组患者的护理等级符合率、基础护理合格率及患者满意度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用自制病情评估表能使分级护理的判定更细则化、规范化,提高护理工作质量及患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of grading nursing on the patients in neurology department of our hospital with self-made disease assessment scale.Methods From June to December 2016,203 patients received treatment in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and divided into observation group(102 cases) and control group(101 cases) according to the chronological order of admission time.The patients in the control group were given a score according to the Barthel index evaluation scale by nurses,and the doctors rated the nursing grade on the basis of the score.The doctors in the observation group according to self-made disease assessment scale to assess the condition monitoring of consciousness,age,body temperature,heart rate,respiration,blood pressure,oxygen saturation,blood glucose,and the potential complications of patients based on the control group.The patients were divided into four levels of light,medium,heavy and dangerous level according to the scoring criteria.Based on the results of this level judgment and combination the score of Barthel index evaluation,the doctors issued the level of nursing orders and gave a nursing order.The results between the two groups of patients with nursing grade compliance rate,basic nursing qualification rate and patient satisfaction survey were compared.Results The nursing grade compliance rate,basic nursing qualification rate and patient satisfaction were all better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of the self-made disease assessment scale can make the grading nursing more detailed and standardized,also can improve the nursing quality and patients satisfaction.更多还原
