【摘要】 目的探讨护理风险管理在心血管内科的应用效果。方法选取2015年8月~2016年10月到我院就诊的患有心血管疾病的患者80例,按数字单双号随机为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组实施常规方法护理,观察组在对照组基础上,实施护理风险管理。比较两组患者的护理合格率、护理满意度及不良事件发生率。结果观察组患者护理合格率(95.00%)、护理满意度(92.50%)高于对照组(77.50%、72.50%),护理不良事件发生率(5.00%)低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将护理风险管理应用到心血管病症患者的临床治疗中,不仅能使患者的护理满意度提升,而且还能使护理服务质量提高、护理风险因素减少、护理不良事件发生率降低,从而保证患者安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of nursing risk management on cardiovascular medicine.Methods80 patients with cardiovascular disease in our hospital from August 2015 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the odd and even numbers,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional methods,while the observation group was given nursing risk management on the basis of the control group.The nursing pass rate,nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse events were compared between two groups.Results The nursing pass rate(95.00%) and nursing satisfaction(92.50%) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(77.50%,72.50%),the incidence of adverse events(5.00%) were lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk management to the clinical treatment of patients with cardiovascular disease can not only improve the patients′nursing satisfaction,but also improve the quality of nursing care,reduce the risk factors,decrease the incidence of nursing adverse events,so as to ensure the safety of patients.更多还原
