高耐候丙烯酸聚硅氧烷涂料的研究

【摘要】 将实验室自制丙烯酸改性聚硅氧烷树脂成功制备成高耐候防腐涂料,分别讨论了固化剂加量对于耐候性的影响、耐酸碱性能的影响。制备的涂料具有优异的耐湿热、附着力和耐候性能,已成功应用于桥梁、地标建筑等诸多领域。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the anticorrosive coatings with high weather resistance were successfully prepared by self-made acrylic modified polysiloxane resin. The effects of the amount of curing agent on the weatherability and the chemical resistance were discussed, respectively. The coatings had excellent heat and moisture resistances, adhesion and weather resistance and have been successfully applied in many fields, such as bridges, landmark buildings and so on.
