建筑涂料用反射隔热石英砂的制备
Preparation of Reflective Thermal Insulation Quartz Sand for Architectural Coatings
【摘要】 介绍了一种具有反射隔热性能的石英砂制备方法,目的在于解决提升砂壁状涂料的反射隔热性能。采用溶胶-凝胶法对石英砂进行包覆处理,经高温煅烧后在其表面形成二氧化钛层,通过扫描电镜分析、X射线衍射分析和太阳光反射性能测试,研究了溶胶-凝胶法包覆处理对石英砂结构和性能的影响。结果表明石英砂表面包覆二氧化钛可提升其反射隔热性能,且包覆次数为3次时即可达到较好的效果。
【Abstract】 A preparation method of quartz sand with reflective thermal insulation performance in order to improve the reflective thermal insulation performance of sand-textured architectural coatings was introduced. The quartz sand was coated by sol-gel method, calcined under high temperature to form a TiO2 layer on the surface and tested by SEM, XRD and solar reflection to study the effect of the coating treatment on structure and performance of quartz sand. The results showed that reflective thermal insulation performance could be improved by coating quartz sand with TiO2 and the desirable effect could be achieved by 3 times of coating treatment.
