酚醛环氧导静电涂料的研究

【摘要】 将导电填料添加到常温固化的酚醛环氧涂料体系中,通过研究酚醛树脂相容性、导电填料添加量等要素成功制备了酚醛环氧导静电涂料,其表面电阻率最低可达10~6Ω,通过实验验证其在耐化学介质能力上明显优于市面上的环氧导静电涂料。

【Abstract】 The phenolic epoxy electricity conductive coatings were prepared by adding conductive filler to the room temperature curing phenolic epoxy coating system, researching on the factors including compatibility, adding amount of conductive filler etc.. Sheet resistivity of the prepared coatings can be as low as 10~6 Ω. What’s more, its chemical medium resistance is significantly better than the epoxy electricity conductive coatings on the market.
