溶剂热法制备CaTi2O4(OH)2及其光催化性能的研究
Preparation and Photocatalytic Properties of CaTi2O4(OH)2 by Solvothermal Method
【摘要】 以钛酸正丁酯作为钛源,无水氯化钙作为钙源,采用水热法制备了CaTi2O4(OH)2纳米片。借助于X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、BET和紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)分别对产物的物相组成、样品形貌和光学性能进行分析。以罗丹明B为降解对象,分析添加不同浓度的聚丙烯酸钠对CaTi2O4(OH)2光催化性能的影响。结果表明:采用水热法,CaTi2O4(OH)2沿(040)、(251)方向取向生长,当加入聚丙烯酸钠的添加量为1%到3%时,CaTi2O4(OH)2纳米片尺寸逐渐减小,当聚丙烯酸钠加入量继续增加大于3%时,CaTi2O4(OH)2纳米片又逐渐增大。当添加3%的聚丙烯酸钠时,所制备CaTi2O4(OH)2样品的光催化性能最优,对罗丹明B的降解率达到92.7%。这是由于该纳米片尺寸最小,结晶度最高和光的利用率最大所致。
【Abstract】 CaTi2O4(OH)2 nanosheet was synthesized using TBOT as Ti source and CaCl2 as Ca source by a hydrothermal method. The phase, morphology and optical properties of the as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), BET and ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis) spectroscopy, respectively. Effects of different addition amounts of sodium polyacrylate on photocatalytic properties of CaTi2O4(OH)2 were studied. Results indicate that CaTi2O4(OH)2 nanosheet has a preferential growth along the(040) and(251) orientation through a hydrothermal method. When the addition amount is from 1% to 3%, the size of CaTi2O4(OH)2 nanosheet decreases, When sodium polyacrylate content is above 3%, the size of CaTi2O4(OH)2 nanosheet increases gradually. When sodium polyacrylate is 3%, The CaTi2O4(OH)2 nanosheet has the best photocatalytic activity with the degradation rate of 92.7% for rhodamine B due to the smallest size of the nanosheet, the highest crystallinity and light utilization.
