静钻根植桩基础在上海地区高架桥梁工程中的应用研究

【摘要】 静钻根植桩是一种采用埋入法施工的预应力预制桩基,在浙江等地区已广泛应用于商业建筑、民用建筑、工业厂房等多种建筑物的基础,并取得良好的社会效益和经济效益。由于上海地区地质及工程条件与浙江沿海地区有一定差异,目前针对该桩基的研究和应用还是空白。静钻根植桩具备质量控制点明确、易监控,材料消耗量少,无泥浆排放及无噪声污染等优势。通过研究静钻根植桩在上海地区应用和试桩检测等工作,有效表明静钻根植桩的施工质量可靠,具有良好的竖向抗压、抗水平承载能力和抗震性能,能够满足上海地区高架桥梁工程桩基的设计要求,且经济效益突出;为该技术在上海地区的推广应用积累可靠经验和数据。

【Abstract】 Static drilling rooted pile is a prestressed precast pile foundation constructed by embedding method.It has be enwidely applied in many buildings such as commercial buildings,civil buildings,industrial buildings and other buildings in Zhejiang and other areas,and has achieved good social and economic benefits.However,because of the different geological and engineering conditions in Shanghai and the coastal area of Zhejiang,the research and application of the pile foundation is still blank at present.The static drilling rooted pile has the advantages of clear quality control point,easy monitoring,less material consumption,no mud discharge and no noise pollution.Through the study of the static drilling rooted pile test in Shanghai area and application of pile testing work,effectively showing the construction quality of drilling pile with reliable grounding,vertical compressive strength,good resistance to horizontal bearing capacity and seismicper for mance,can meet the requirements o f viaduct pile foundation engineering projects in Shang hai area,and it seconomic benef t is prominent;which can accumulate reliable experience &data for the promotion &application of this technology in Shanghai area.
