禹门口渡槽缺陷检测评估与修补加固技术

【摘要】 本文以山西禹门口灌区二级干渠渡槽加固改造工程为基础,针对渡槽存在的混凝土冻融剥蚀、碳化、钢筋锈蚀、止水损坏等缺陷病害问题,通过检测评估计算分析,提出了相应的修补加固技术方案和提高过流能力措施,工程经修复通水运行观察,相关病害处理效果明显,过流能力得到提高,达到安全运行和提高输水能力的目的。本文提出的修补加固方案可为类似工程提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 Based on reinforcement and reconstruction project of the secondary canal in the Yumenkou Irrigation District of Shanxi,according to defects of concrete such as freeze-thaw,corrosion,carbonization,steel corrosion,water stopping material damaged and so on,through inspection and evaluation,corresponding repair and reinforcement schemes were proposed.After repair and operation observation,the treatment effects of engineering diseases are obvious,flow capacity has been improved,and the purpose of safe operation and improving water conveyance capacity has been achieved.The repair and reinforcement scheme proposed in this paper can provide reference for similar projects.
