双环戊二烯型氰酸酯/含磷POSS固化动力学研究

【摘要】 以合成的新型含磷多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(P-POSS)阻燃剂对双环戊二烯型氰酸酯树脂(DCPDCE)进行改性,采用非等温差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了DCPDCE树脂及改性后的树脂体系的固化动力学过程。同时对DCPDCE/P-POSS改性体系的不同固化升温阶段进行了红外分析。结果表明,采用阶梯升温法可使DCPDCE树脂和DCPDCE/P-POSS复合体系固化完全;同时,P-POSS中的羟基在树脂固化反应中起到促进剂的作用,提高树脂的固化程度。

【Abstract】 Dicyclopentadiene cyanate(DCPDCE)was chemically modified by a novel phosphoruscontaining polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(P-POSS).Curing kinetics of DCPDCE/P-POSS composite system and pure DCPDCE were studied by a non-isothermal differential scanning calorimetry method,and chemical structures of POSS/DCPDCE composite system at different curing stages were monitored by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy.The results indicated that both DCPDCE/P-POSS composite and pure DCPDCE could be completely cured by a programmed temperature method.In addition,hydroxyl groups in P-POSS enhanced curing reaction of DCPDCE and thus improved curing degree of the composite system.
