Detecting 10-Hydroxy-2-decanoic Acid in Royal Jelly and Its Related Products by Molecularly Imprinted Polymer(MIPs)-High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)
Objective: To develop a MIPs-HPLC method for detecting 10-hydroxy-2-decanoic acid(10-HAD) in the royal jelly and its related products. Method: After the optimization, the MIPs against 10-HAD was synthesized using bulk polymerization method. Coupled with HPLC method, the MIPs was then used as the filling material of the solid phase extraction columns for the extraction and purification of 10-HAD.
