休闲食品加工过程接触材料中邻苯二甲酸酯迁移规律
Migration of Phthalates in Snack Food Contract Materia Ls Processing
【摘要】 近年来随着休闲食品进出口贸易额的迅速增长,在进出口企业休闲食品抽检过程中频繁发现增塑剂严重超标。为了寻找其原因并探索规律,选择PVC塑料薄膜,通过自制试验样品,研究食品模拟物对休闲食品加工过程接触材料中邻苯二甲酸酯单体在不同使用条件下的迁移规律。结果表明:邻苯二甲酸酯非常容易迁移至脂肪性食品模拟物中,如休闲食品加工过程接触材料中邻苯二甲酸酯在油性食品中任何条件下迁移风险都很高;随着迁移时间的延长,邻苯二甲酸酯的迁移量逐渐增加并趋于平衡;邻苯二甲酸酯的迁移量随着温度的升高呈几何数量级增大,长期在高于常温下使用休闲食品加工过程接触材料存在安全隐患;不同乙醇体积分数对邻苯二甲酸酯迁移的影响明显高于不同乙酸体积分数,随着乙醇体积分数的升高,邻苯二甲酸酯迁移量迅速增大,休闲食品加工过程接触材料对高醇食品在使用中存在高风险。不同重复使用次数试验表明:从第2次开始,塑料薄膜邻苯二甲酸酯的迁移量明显降低。建议在休闲食品加工过程中接触到塑料材质应尽量清洗1~2次再进行油性食品的加工。
【Abstract】 With the snack food of import and export trade rapid increasing in recent years, Leisure food is frequently found plasticizer seriously overweight during sampling process in import and export business. In order to find the reasons and explore the law, we study phthalates migration of monomers of snack food contact materials in the process using food simulants under different conditions through self-test samples choosing PVC plastic film. The results show that phthalates are very easy to migrate to fatty food simulant, Phthalates in snack food contact materials processing are high risk under any conditions migration for oily foods leisure; When time increased migration of phthalates is gradually increased and more balanced; As the temperature rises the migration of phthalates exponentially increasing magnitude. Indicating that long-term use of the snack food contact materials processing under higher than room temperature is absence of security; The effect of different ethanol concentration to phthalates migration is significantly higher concentration of acetic acid. Phthalates migration is rapid increasing with the rise of ethanol concentration. Snack food contact materials processing for high alcohol food use are the presence of high risk. The experiment of different frequency repeated use shows that the migration of phthalates of snack foods contact materials processing significantly reduces from the second use, so it is recommended that exposed plastic in snack food processing must clean 1-2 times befoe oily food processing.
