【Abstract】 Adenomyosis(AM)is characterized clinically by dysmenorrhea,increased menstrual volume and chronic pelvic pain.Cysticadenomyosis and malignant transformation of adenomyosis were rare types of adenomyosis,which is likely to be clinically misdiagnosed.Treatment should be based on the age,symptoms,pathological changes,fertility requirements,and extent of lesion.Combination of a variety of treatments should be used to improve the surgical curative effect and relieve symptoms and postpone the recurrence.更多还原
