【摘要】 本文从权变理论视角出发,旨在研究中国宇航企业的组织集权、组织规范、认知惯性、竞争强度和技术动荡对于创新认知的影响。通过调查问卷的实证研究,本文发现组织集权和组织规范对创新认知有显著地负向影响,竞争强度和技术动荡对于创新认知有显著地正向影响。此外,认知惯性对创新认知有负向影响,同时在组织集权、组织规范和创新认知之间起到了中介效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the perspective of contingency theory,this article explored the influence of technology turbulence,competitive intensity,cognitive inertia,organization criterion and organization centralization on innovation cognition.Through questionnaire survey and empirical model,we found that organization criterion and organization centralization have negative effects on innovation cognition,while technology turbulence and competitive intensity positively affect innovation cognition. Furthermore,cognitive inertia has negative influences on innovation cognition and mediating effects between organization criterion,organization centralization and innovation cognition.更多还原
