柠檬酸与热力协同杀灭医院常见感染菌的效果研究
Study on Combined Killing Common Nosocomial Infectious Bacteria Effect of Citric Acid and Heat
【摘要】 目的:观察柠檬酸消毒液与不同热力协同杀灭医用常见感染菌的效果,为血液透析机及其他耐热医疗设备的消毒提供更全面的依据。方法:采用载体浸泡定量杀菌实验方法,对柠檬酸消毒液与不同热力协同作用对医院常见感染菌的杀菌效果进行比较。结果:将含8850mg/L的柠檬酸消毒液分别加温至50℃作用30min和加温至60℃作用10min,对肺炎克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、乙型溶血性链球菌和粪肠球菌的平均杀灭对数值均>3.00,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的平均杀灭对数值分别为1.94和1.33。将含8850mg/L的柠檬酸消毒液加温至70℃作用30min,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的平均杀灭对数值为5.96。将含8850mg/L的柠檬酸消毒液加温至80℃作用10min,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的平均杀灭对数值为5.94。结论:柠檬酸消毒液加温至50℃时,对医院常见感染菌具有良好的协同杀灭作用,加温至70℃时,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢具有良好的协同杀灭作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the sterilizing effect of citric acid disinfectant and different heat in the killing of common nosocomial infectious bacteria, provides a more comprehensive basis for practical disinfection of hemodialysis machine and other heat-resistant medical equipment. Methods: The carrier immersion quantitative germicidal method was used to comparison of the sterilizing effects of citric acid disinfectant and different heat in the killing of common nosocomial infectious bacteria. Results: The average killing logarithm values of Klebsiella Pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii, Streptococcus pyogens and Enterococcus faecalis spores to citric acid disinfectant with the concentration of 8850 mg/L for 30 min when heated to 50℃ or for 10 min when heated to 60℃ were higher than 3.00, the average killing logarithm values of Bacillus subtilis var.niger were 1.94 and 1.33. The average killing logarithm values of Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores to citric acid disinfectant with the concentration of 8850 mg/L for 30 min when heated to 70℃ was 5.96, The average killing logarithm values of Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores to citric acid disinfectant with the concentration of 8850 mg/L for 10 min when heated to 80℃ was 5.94. Conclusion: When heat up to 50℃, citric acid disinfectant has good synergistic effect on common nosocomial infectious bacteria; heat up to 70℃, it has good synergistic effect on Bacillus subtilis var.niger.
