【摘要】 目的:探讨老年膝关节手术采用超声引导下神经阻滞复合喉罩全麻的效果。方法:选取84例于2013年6月~2014年6月期间行膝关节手术的患者,随机分为对照组(静吸复合全麻气管插管)与实验组(超声引导下神经阻滞复合喉罩全麻),观察麻醉镇痛效果。结果:实验组术中血流动力学指标相对平稳,且其术后6h、术后12h、术后24h VAS评分均显著低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:老年膝关节手术采用超声引导下神经阻滞联合喉罩全麻的方式可获得完善而持久的镇痛效果,且对血流动力学的影响较小,具有推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of ultrasound guided nerve block combined with laryngeal mask airway anesthesia in elderly patients with knee joint surgery. Methods: 84 cases in patients undergoing knee surgery during the period from June 2013 to June 2014, were randomly divided into control group(general anesthesia intubation) and experimental group(ultrasound guided nerve block combined with laryngeal mask anesthesia), to observe the analgesic effect of anesthesia. Results: The hemodynamic parameters of the experimental group were relatively stable, and the postoperative 6h, postoperative 12 h, postoperative 24 h VAS score were significantly lower than those of the control group(p<0.05). Conclusion: The application of ultrasound guided nerve block combined with laryngeal mask anesthesia in elderly patients with knee joint surgery can obtain perfect and lasting analgesic effect.更多还原
