【摘要】 以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯以及丙烯酸为主要原料,采用半连续乳液聚合方法制备具有核壳结构的氟化聚丙烯酸酯乳液,并将其用于皮革涂饰。采用傅里叶红外光谱、光电子能谱、投射电子显微镜、热重法等,研究了制备产物的结构及性能。结果表明:此法可制备出泛蓝光的氟化聚丙烯酸酯乳液,该乳液具有良好的稳定性且粒子的核壳结构明显,胶膜具有较高的耐热稳定性。用其涂饰的皮革的防水性能明显提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The fluorinated acrylate emulsion with core-shell structure was prepared with dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate,ethyl acrylate,methyl methacrylate and acrylic acid used as main raw materials through semi-continuous emulsion polymerization method,and it was applied to leather finishing. Structures and properties of the prepared product were studied by FT-IR,XPS,TEM and TG and so on. Results indicate that this method can be used to prepare bluish fluorinated polyacrylate emulsion. The emulsion has good stability and clear core-shell particles,and its film has relatively high thermal stability. Being used in leather finishing,waterproof performance of the leather would be improved significantly.更多还原
