麻纤维增强热塑性复合材料的研究与应用

【摘要】 麻纤维应用于以热塑性树脂为基体的复合材料中,具有比模量和强度高、连续性长、耐磨、质量轻、再加工性能好、可降解等优点,所制成的复合材料在包装、汽车、建材、家居等行业具有广泛的应用前景。文章对麻纤维复合材料的原料、复合工艺、界面机理、性能改进和产品应用等方面的研究进展进行了综述,并对存在的问题和发展方向进行了初步探讨。

【Abstract】 Fibrilia reinforced thermoplastic composites have several obvious advantages,such as high modulus and high strength,long continuity,abrasion proof,light weight,well reprocessing performance and biodegradable. Products based on fibrilia composites have great potential for wide application in various fields including packaging,automobile,construction materials and other industries. This study summarized the research and development of raw materials,composite processing,composite mechanism,application and performance of the thermoplastic resin composites reinforced by fibrilia,And it also had a preliminary discussion about problems and development trend of the composites.
