存量规划背景下城镇工业用地再开发评价指标体系构建

【摘要】 在实地调研和理论研究的基础上,详细归纳城镇工业用地现状存在的主要问题,借鉴《开发区土地集约利用评价规程》,总结出城镇工业用地再开发的评价因素,构建适用于城镇工业用地再开发的评价指标体系。该体系旨在全方位、分层次地评价工业企业用地利用情况,为城镇工业用地再开发模式选择和相关部门的监管与决策提供详细依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on field investigation and theoretical research, the article concluded main problems existing in current industrial land in cities and town, took Evaluation Rules of Intensive Land Use in Development Zone as a reference, summarized evaluation factors for redevelopment of industrial land in cities and towns, and established a evaluation index system for redevelopment of industrial land in cities and towns. The system aims to evaluate the utilization of land by industry and enterprises in all dimensions and at different levels, and provide detailed evidences for the mode election of redevelopment of industrial land in cities and towns and supervision & decision-making of competent departments.更多还原
