【Abstract】 Chinese coal industry had made its best and contributed a lot to the nationwide economic and society development.In order to adapt to the supply side reform under the circumstance of new normal economy,coal industry have to study on resource economics and environmental economics and develop scientific techniques of coal mining and its concerted utilization with environment to guarantee that coal resource could be developed under the premise of ensuring safety and environmental protection and be utilized within environmental capacity.Coal industry must take the road of safe,green,and efficient development to achieve the transition from quantity to quality with self-improvement.More first-class talented individuals are required to complete the transition.The coal-related universities in China need to accelerate reform and innovation in the way of talent cultivation.更多还原
