采掘瓦斯涌出量动态预报中影响因素的选项、量化与校正

【摘要】 从基本影响因素的选项、细化、量化及动态校正等方面分析了开滦(集团)有限责任公司采掘工作面瓦斯涌出量动态预报技术特点。其基本影响因素选项有20个,细化分段则有60多个,范围覆盖煤层赋存、地质构造、采掘工艺和生产环境;影响因素的量化是分等效层和采掘生产进行,从初值到终值调节充分考虑了影响因素动态组合和更新的要求;动态校正可及时消除煤系地层和隐性因素局部变化对基本量和影响系数的部分影响,确保预报误差控制在限定范围内。

【Abstract】 Analyzing excavation work face gas emission dynamic prediction technology from aspects of option,specification,quantification and dynamic modification of basic influential factors.There were 20 basic influential factors and more than 60 specified subsection,which covered coal seam occurrence,geological structure,mining technology and production environment.The quantification of the influence factors was performed separately that divided mining and excavation in equivalent strata.The adjustment from the initial value to the final value had fully considered the requirement of dynamic combination and update of influential factors;dynamic modification could eliminate some of the influence of local variation from coal strata and latent factors on the basic quantity and influence coefficient,and ensure that forecast error was controlled within a limited range.
