【摘要】 目的探讨超时间窗静脉溶栓治疗后循环急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取某院中风科2010-04—2016-06收治确诊为后循环脑梗死患者60例,随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组常规时间窗(发病3 h以内)给予rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗。试验组行超时间窗(发病3~9 h)给予rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗;比较两组NIHSS评分、Barthel指数、并发症发生情况,评价两组临床疗效。结果本研究结果表明治疗后14 d,两组患者NIHSS评分、临床疗效、Bathel指数以及并发症发生率情况相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在严格筛选患者情况下,通过适当延长静脉溶栓时间窗,运用rt-PA治疗后循环缺血性脑卒中的临床试验中认为:后循环缺血性脑卒中3~9 h静脉溶栓仍可取得较为满意的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intravenous thrombolysis with super time window in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Me thods 60 patients with cerebral infarction in Xuchang Hospital of Traditional Medicine from April 2010 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given intravenous thrombolysis with rt-PA(within 3 hours) while patients in the experimental group were treated with rt-PA(3 to 9 hours).The NIHSS score,Barthel index and complications were compared between the two groups to evaluate the clinical effect of the two groups.Re s ults The study showed that 14 days after treatment,the NIHSS score,clinical effect,Bathel index and complication rate of the patients in the two groups were not statistically significant( P >0.05).Conclus ion With strict selection of patients and appropriate prolonged intravenous thrombolysis time window,clinical trials with rt-PA in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic stroke with intravenous thrombolysis between 3 ~9 hours achieved satisfactory results.更多还原
